After I had read the title story, my impression was that is a good story. I would love to see this short story developed into a full novel. I can imagine it being pretty dark.
A series bible, also known as a show bible or pitch bible, is a reference document created by screenwriters that outlines key elements of a television series, including characters, settings, and story arcs. It serves as a tool for pitching the show and helps maintain consistency throughout the series. (Wicki)
A couple of off the wall questions. What got you into writing and where do prefer writing. There is third (cos I can't count😀) where do your ideas come from. Obviously your fiction stems from real life experience, but what triggers that original idea?
Me, I couldn't write a story to save my life, but I do enjoy reading, but I've never had ann urge to itch a scratch that's not there.
I’ve always wanted to write a book but work got in the way so it wasn’t until I retired that I had the opportunity. I think I’m lucky enough to be able to write wherever I sit down, be it at home, in the garden or in a café which is probably noisy and boisterous but I’m able to blank all that out once I get into the ‘zone’ and the muse sits on the shoulder.😀

I’m of a mind to write it as a TV series, in fact I’m halfway through a series bible. (Any TV execs interested? 😀)
And a forth question, cos I really can't count🤣, what is a series bible. Is it a bit like a story board?
